The deadline for paying the personal property tax for 2025 expires on October 1.

The Department of State Revenue for the Pavlodar region reminds that on October 1, 2026, the deadline for paying the personal property tax for 2025 expires.
In total, about 346.6 million tenge of property tax (more than 260 thousand taxpayers) was calculated for residents of Pavlodar region in 2025. To date, the budget has received about 124.6 million tenge.
At the same time, more than 28 thousand residents of the region have not yet paid the tax for previous periods and have debts totaling about 42 million tenge.
How do I find out the amount and pay the tax?
Property tax is paid at the location of the property.
You can find out the amount of property tax and simultaneously make a payment using the banking details in the "Service of upcoming payments for individual entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs" of the e-salyq Azamat mobile application, through the applications of Halyk Bank, Kaspi Bank and others.
You can also find out the amount of property tax on the portal of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. portal.kgd.gov.kz in the Services section, in the "Upcoming payments and debts of the FL" tab, via the Chatbot in the Telegram channel via the SalyqBot link and by contacting the unified Contact center at number 1414.

What are the consequences of late payment?
Since October 2, the following measures have been applied to citizens who have not paid the tax on time:
1. Limitation of banking services: debtors will not be able to open a bank account, transfer money or apply for a loan.
2. Penalty charge: for each day of delay, a penalty is charged in the amount of 1.25 times the official refinancing rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Enforcement measures:
- if the debt exceeds 1 MCI, a tax order is issued after 30 working days from the date of delivery of the notification.;
- if the debt is not repaid within 5 business days, the order is transferred to private bailiffs (CSI);
- The CSI applies harsh sanctions: the seizure of bank accounts and property, as well as a ban on travel outside Kazakhstan. Additionally, the debtor is charged for the payment of HSI services – up to 25% of the amount owed.
