Improved enforcement and citizen outreach

A technical training session aimed at improving law enforcement practice and enhancing the quality of handling citizens' appeals was held at the Department of Internal State Audit for the city of Astana.

โ€‹The event, chaired by the Head of the Department, Murat Askarovich Orazbay, was attended by heads of structural divisions and employees of the Department. The invited expert was Asset Bolatovich Omarov, Head of the Legal Department of the Internal State Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the training, current issues of legislation application in the Department's activities were reviewed. Special attention was paid to issues arising in the daily work of employees that require a uniform approach in decision-making.

A separate emphasis was placed on the timely and high-quality consideration of appeals from individuals and legal entities, as well as the organization of citizen receptions. The importance of prompt and objective response, providing comprehensive explanations, and taking specific measures within the competence of the state body was noted.

The issues considered are of practical significance for the further work of the Department and are aimed at ensuring open, accessible, and effective interaction with citizens in accordance with the "Listening State" principle.
