A meeting was held under the chairmanship of the regional akim Murat Ergeshbayev, where infrastructure projects planned in the districts for 2027-2029 were discussed.
The head of the region emphasized the need to pay special attention to the socio-economic efficiency and relevance of projects.
«In accordance with the Budget Code, the construction of important facilities and the financing of strategically significant projects from the republican budget are envisaged for the upcoming three-year period. From the local budget, we also need to implement projects aimed at increasing the economic potential of the region.
Earlier, I instructed the akims of the city and districts, as well as the heads of relevant departments, to develop projects financed from the republican and local budgets. When forming budget requests, duplicative and low-efficiency projects should not be allowed. It is important that finances are directed towards a concrete result.
I want to say to all akims and heads of departments: you cannot cite a lack of local budget funds. Projects that meet the requirements for financing from the republican budget should be worked out with the relevant ministries right now. They should be aimed at comfortable living for the population, improving the quality of life, and developing the region's economy,» – said the head of the region.
At the meeting, the akims of the city and districts presented reports on large-scale projects to be implemented in the upcoming period.
In 2027-2028, budget funds are allocated for the development of healthcare, education, water supply, energy, gas and heat supply, sports, transport, and tourism infrastructure, the improvement of engineering and communication infrastructure, as well as the implementation of national projects.
Murat Nalkhozhauly instructed the akims of the city and districts to pay special attention to the efficiency and social significance of projects, to develop budget requests with high quality, and to strengthen work with the relevant government bodies.
Important projects that will be implemented in the next three years were discussed
