«In order to effectively organize children's leisure time and create conditions for them to master new technologies, construction of an innovative creative center with 360 places worth 7 billion tenge will begin this year in the Al-Farabi microdistrict of Kyzylorda, which will be commissioned in 2027».
This was announced by the region's akim Murat Ergeshbayev at the traditional August conference of education workers.
Earlier, such a center called «Syr Zhuldyzdary» was opened in another microdistrict of the city and became an organization of additional education for teenagers' leisure activities. Now it will appear in another microdistrict of Kyzylorda.
With special support from the Head of State and the Government, the educational infrastructure in the region is being modernized. Since 2022, 46 modern educational facilities worth more than 121 billion tenge have been built and handed over for public use.
The problem of three-shift schools, which had been relevant for many years, has been completely resolved in the region. This year, the children's educational and recreational center «AI-Kerim» was commissioned. The center annually serves 8,400 children, teaching robotics, programming, engineering design, and other modern skills.
At the newly opened Botanical Educational Center, students master biology, ecology, and botany through practical training. Such projects are of particular importance for increasing children's interest in science.
