A joint meeting of the standing committees was held in the Ust-Kamenogorsk city Maslikhat.
The owners of the alienated land plots were invited to the meeting in order to hear their opinions, as well as answers to relevant questions. The final decision will be made at the Maslikhat session.
The issue of privatization of municipal communal property of the KGKP "Center for the Development of Cultural Activities and Mass Sports "Samgau" of the Akimat of Ust-Kamenogorsk, namely the non-residential premises of the first floor of an apartment building at 331/3 Bazhova Street, as well as the basement of an apartment building at 112a Kabanbai Batyr Street, was also considered. These premises have not been used for a long time and are unclaimed for state needs, in connection with which the deputies agreed to carry out the procedure for their privatization on a competitive basis.
