Regional Akim Murat Ergeshbayev toured the construction sites underway within the city.
First, he visited the construction site of 22 nine-story residential buildings in the "Enbek" dacha area. A modern residential complex with 1,936 apartments will be built here. Over 44 billion 718 million tenge has been allocated for the project. Contractors have now been identified.
"Meliorator" LLP is building a complex of 15 nine-story residential buildings on 8.2 hectares in the Presidential Park area, providing comfortable and quality housing. Soon, 945 apartments will be put into operation.
The head of the region inspected the construction of the Presidential Library and the Drama Theater in this area. 20 billion tenge has been allocated for the library construction from investor funds. The building, with a total area of 13 thousand square meters, will house electronic reading and conference halls, an archive, a printing house, a media laboratory for programming and artificial intelligence development, a podcast studio, and reader service departments.
The total area of the Drama Theater exceeds 18 thousand square meters. It will feature rehearsal halls, studios, creative spaces, and administrative offices. It will be equipped with modern stage technology, a powerful sound system, and state-of-the-art equipment.
Afterwards, the regional head familiarized himself with the construction of the "Kyzylorda Arena" multifunctional sports complex. The facility, construction of which began in July last year, has a total area of 26 thousand square meters and will include a 50-meter swimming pool, a 2,500-seat hall for international competitions, and a 300-seat conference hall for forums and various meetings. Currently, 85 percent of the construction is completed.
It is known that several medical facilities are under construction in Kyzylorda. One of them is a 300-bed multidisciplinary hospital with a clinic for 100 visitors and an oncology department on the left bank. Once commissioned, the provision of specialized medical care to residents will be more systematized.
The regional head also inspected the construction of City Clinic No. 5 in the Titov microdistrict, which will serve 400 visitors per shift. Currently, the monolithic columns of the third floor are being concreted. The partition walls of the first floor are being laid, and internal engineering networks are being installed. The partition walls of the basement floor have been completed.
As part of the construction of the railway crossing over Zhankozha Batyr Street, a two-lane crossing, a bridge, retaining walls, a pedestrian walkway, and road surface will be built. Currently, a bypass railway line has been laid, and electricity, communication, lighting poles, potable water, and engineering networks have been relocated.
After inspecting the work at the construction sites, the regional governor gave specific instructions to the heads of the responsible departments.
