A working visit by the leadership of the Department of the Penal Enforcement System of Aktobe Region provided an opportunity to discuss issues related to the development of the probation service and improving working conditions for its employees.
On August 12, Colonel of Justice Kanat Kuandykovich Alpyssbayev, Deputy Head of the Department of the Penal Enforcement System of Aktobe Region, paid a working visit to Temir District.
During the visit, he met with the Akim of the district, Almas Zhaksylykuly. The parties discussed current issues related to the activities of the penal enforcement system and the probation service, as well as areas of interagency cooperation.
One of the key outcomes of the meeting was the strengthening of the material and technical resources of the district probation service. In order to create comfortable and modern working conditions for employees, the district Akimat provided new furniture, computer equipment and safes.
The modernization of the material and technical resources will enable employees to perform their official duties in modern conditions and contribute to improving the effectiveness of work with persons under probation supervision.
Today, the probation service plays an important role in the system of preventing repeated offenses. Its activities are not limited to monitoring compliance with established requirements. They also focus on the social adaptation of people who find themselves in difficult life circumstances, helping them return to a normal way of life and preventing them from committing repeated offenses.
In this regard, the support of local executive bodies and interagency cooperation are of great importance. Creating the necessary working conditions for employees directly contributes to the quality and effectiveness of their work.
The working visit to Temir District demonstrated that joint efforts by government agencies not only make it possible to promptly resolve pressing issues but also create the necessary conditions for further development of the probation service at the local level.
