❓ What happens if an organization fails to comply with personal data protection requirements?

✒️ The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes liability for violations of personal data protection requirements.

🔴 Depending on the nature of the violation, those responsible may be subject to administrative liability and, in certain cases, criminal liability.

🏛 In addition, the authorized body conducts inspections to ensure compliance with the legislation. If violations are identified, an order is issued requiring them to be remedied and, where there are sufficient grounds, an administrative offense report may be drawn up.

📖 If the order is not complied with, the legislation also provides for liability measures, including suspension of activities in cases established by law.

🔒 Protecting personal data is the responsibility of every organization that handles information about citizens.
