π°πΏπ¦πΏ Trans-Caspian Fiber-Optic Cable: The Project Enters a New Phase
Kazakhstan continues to implement one of its largest digital infrastructure projects — the construction of the Trans-Caspian fiber-optic communication line along the seabed of the Caspian Sea.
Today, the project has entered an active phase: a specialized vessel has begun laying the submarine cable along the Baku–Aktau route.
The new digital backbone will provide an additional high-speed data transmission route between Europe and Asia, improve the reliability of international communication channels, and strengthen Kazakhstan’s position as a digital hub of Eurasia.
